Roofing Crew Lead
Lead a crew of 3-5 roofers on residential and commercial projects. Must have 5+ years roofing experience and strong leadership skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years roofing experience
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA certification preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Roofing Installer
Install shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems. Experience with various roofing materials and ability to work at heights required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years roofing experience
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable transportation
Sales Representative
Generate leads and close roofing projects. Conduct roof inspections, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the roofing process.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Roofing knowledge a plus
Project Coordinator
Coordinate roofing projects from sale to completion. Schedule crews, order materials, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Requirements:
- 2+ years project coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software
- Construction knowledge preferred
Insurance Claims Specialist
Work with insurance adjusters and homeowners to process storm damage claims. Knowledge of Xactimate and insurance processes required.
Requirements:
- Experience with insurance claims
- Xactimate certification
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented
Roofing Installer
Join our growing Kansas team! Install residential and commercial roofing systems. Training provided for motivated individuals.
Requirements:
- 1+ years construction experience
- Ability to work outdoors
- Team player mentality
- Willing to learn
