The owner, John Eddie Vogt II, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and patient, also has experience in real estate and the insurance side of roofing claims. He understands the reasons it’s a good idea to replace a roof before the house goes on the market AND how to navigate the insurance process to make sure everything is handled with the best possible outcome. Start to finish on my house was only SEVEN HOURS! And when the crew was gone, so was all of the debris and remnants of the old roof.
